If more than one member of your family needs to see a Doctor please advise the receptionist at the time of the booking to ensure following appointments are not delayed. Longer consultation times are available. Priority is given to appointments over walk-ins. Emergencies and patients who require urgent medical attention will be given first priority.

Patients are encouraged to request their preferred GP for consultations when making appointments.

Upon having a test of any kind, patients are encouraged to make appointments in order to receive their test results.

After Hour Arrangements

For all after hour services please call Sydney Medical Service Co. on 87246300. This is a bulk billing service.

Recalls & Reminders

The surgery provides a reminder system through our computer software as well as National/State reminder registers. Patients are advised to inform the doctor if they wish to be excluded from these registers.

There is also a procedure for recalls in which the receptionist or Nurse will contact the patient when further check-ups are required.

We encourage patients to participate in decision making about their own healthcare and Specialist referrals.
